Job Description

We are looking for the Product Sales and Marketing Executive for the product sales.
Job Description:- Sales & Business DevelopmentIdentify, target, and develop new customers in industrial automation, OEMs, control panel manufacturers, and system integrators.Promote and sell Ethernet switches, DIN rail power supplies, and relay control modules.Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth. Marketing & Lead GenerationExecute product marketing strategies including digital marketing, exhibitions, email campaigns, and product webinars.Generate leads through industrial directories, LinkedIn, trade portals, and cold calling.Prepare and distribute marketing materials, datasheets, and product catalogs. Technical Consultation & Product SupportProvide pre-sales technical consultation to help clients choose suitable product models.Collaborate with the technical team for demos, trials, or customization requests.Train channel partners and customers on product features and usage. Relationship ManagementMaintain strong client relationships and regularly follow up for repeat business and feedback.Build and manage distribution channels or dealer networks if applicable. Reporting & CoordinationMaintain CRM/database for tracking leads, visits, quotes, and sales pipeline.Coordinate with production, logistics, and accounts teams for order fulfillment and invoicing. Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related field.2–5 years of experience in industrial product sales, especially in automation components or networking hardware.Strong understanding of industrial networking, power electronics, or control systems is a plus.Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and basic technical documentation.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to travel locally or regionally for client visits and trade shows. Preferred Qualifications:Prior experience selling Ethernet switches, SMPS, PLC I/O modules, or relay boards.Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (Modbus, TCP/IP, etc.).Existing customer base in manufacturing, automation, or panel building industries. Compensation:up to 40K+ performance-based incentives
