QA Automation Engineer We are a fast-growing provider of technology consulting and digital transformation services for enterprise clients across finance, retail, and manufacturing. Operating in the software quality assurance sector, we build robust test automation frameworks that accelerate release cycles and guarantee defect-free delivery. You will join a high-impact engineering team committed to driving end-to-end automation excellence for complex, business-critical platforms. Role & Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation suites for web, API, and mobile applications using Selenium, TestNG, and RestAssured. Create robust test scripts in Java, ensuring maximum coverage for functional, regression, and integration scenarios. Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and Git for seamless, zero-touch deployments. Collaborate with developers and product owners to define acceptance criteria, diagnose defects, and accelerate issue resolution. Implement BDD frameworks (Cucumber) and champion shift-left testing to detect issues early in the SDLC. Generate clear test reports and metrics, driving continuous improvement of quality processes and standards. Skills & Qualifications Must-Have 3-6 years hands-on automation experience with Selenium WebDriver and Java. Strong understanding of REST/SOAP API testing tools such as Postman or RestAssured. Proficiency in TestNG or JUnit, Maven/Gradle, and Git version control. Experience integrating tests into Jenkins or similar CI servers for nightly builds. Solid grasp of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and defect management systems (JIRA). Preferred Exposure to cloud-based test execution (BrowserStack, AWS Device Farm). Knowledge of performance testing with JMeter or Gatling. ISTQB or equivalent certification.
