Associate Product Analyst

Job Summary:

Associate Product Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in defining product strategy and roadmap in collaboration with senior product managers and stakeholders.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback, market research, and industry trends to identify opportunities for product improvement.
• Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure seamless product execution.
• Write clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide the development process.
• Prioritize features and product enhancements based on business impact and customer needs.
• Conduct data analysis to measure product performance and drive decision-making.
• Participate in Agile development cycles, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Assist in launching new product features and coordinate go-to-market strategies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of business objectives and product goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3-4 years

  of experience in product management or a related role.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product development processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing.
• Proficiency in product management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Trello, or similar.
• Understanding of UX/UI principles and customer-centric design.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in [Specify Industry, e.g., SaaS, E-commerce, Fintech, etc.].
• Familiarity with A/B testing and user research methodologies.
• Basic knowledge of SQL or data analytics tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for technology and innovation.
