Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Network Engineer to support and maintain enterprise-level network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Cisco Routing, Switching, and Wireless technologies and will play a crucial role in ensuring network reliability, security, and optimal performance. Key Responsibilities: Network Support & Maintenance: Manage and maintain network infrastructure to ensure high availability and optimal performance. Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve network-related issues effectively while minimizing downtime. Configuration & Implementation: Deploy and configure routers, switches, and wireless controllers to enhance network efficiency. Security & Compliance: Ensure network security protocols are followed and assist in audits and compliance checks. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to support network enhancements and upgrades. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, changes, and troubleshooting steps. Qualification & Experience: Education: Bachelor's degree (BE/B.Tech) in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in networking with hands-on experience in core technologies. Certifications: Relevant Cisco certifications such as CCNA, CCNP R&S are required. Mandatory Skills: Cisco Routing & Switching: Expertise in configuring and troubleshooting Cisco routers and switches. Wireless Networks: Hands-on experience managing enterprise-level wireless networks.
