Associate Consultant

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in a consulting or analytics role, particularly in claims analytics or sizing, alignment concepts
• Solid experience with SQL for querying large datasets and performing in-depth data analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including the ability to work with complex formulas, pivot tables, and advanced data functions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.

Must have:

1. Domain Expertise in US healthcare based.

a. Patient Claims data Analytics including Lines of therapy, patient diagnostic and treatment journey, source of business, patient adherence and compliance.

b. Good understanding of dynamics between patient, HCP, Payers and providers in US healthcare setting.

2. Tech. Expertise in SQL, and MS Excel

a. Utilize SQL to query databases, retrieve claims data, and perform complex data analysis.

b. Develop and maintain Excel-based reports, dashboards, and models for tracking claims performance and key metrics.

Good to have:

1. Experience in python, K means clustering, regression model, Cox Proportional hazard model, etc.

2. Experience in RWE- evidence generation studies in the US, Japan or EU

Relevant experience -2-4 years

Salary -8-12 LPA
