Job Description

  • As a Sales Officer your primary responsibility is to drive and optimize dealer performance through effective KPIs and performance management. You will play a crucial role in deploying learning and development programs aimed at improving customer experience, dealer behavior, sales techniques, and overall business development. Additionally, you will act as the single point of contact for dealers, providing comprehensive help and support, including policies, Taro Hub deployment, and enhancing digital presence. Your involvement in field promotions, targeting mechanics, end customers, product displays, and van campaigns will be instrumental in boosting sales and brand visibility.
  • Dealer KPIs & Performance Management:
    • Monitor and analyze dealer performance against key performance indicators (KPIs).
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve dealer performance and achieve sales targets.
    • Provide regular feedback and performance reports to dealers.

Learning And Development

  • Design and deploy learning programs for dealers focused on improving:
Customer experienceDealer behaviorSales techniquesBusiness development

Dealer Help And Support

  • Act as a single point of contact for dealers, addressing their queries and concerns.
  • Ensure dealers are well-versed in company policies and provide guidance as needed.
  • Assist in the deployment and support of Taro Hub, ensuring dealers are utilizing the platform effectively.
  • Facilitate the enhancement of dealers' digital presence.

Field Promotions

  • Plan and execute field promotions to boost sales, targeting mechanics and end customers.
  • Coordinate product displays and promotional events to increase brand visibility.
  • Organize and manage van campaigns and other field activities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry for at least 4-8 Yrs.
  • Strong understanding of dealer management and field promotion strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven leadership experience in sales or a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of dealer management, field promotions, and sales strategies.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to analyse data and make strategic decisions to drive sales performance.
