This on-site role in India offers a unique opportunity to contribute to transforming modern building environments through efficient and sustainable automation solutions.Role & Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue and market share for building automation solutions.
  • Engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their building automation needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to deliver comprehensive pre-sales and post-sales support, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare and present detailed sales forecasts, performance reports, and market feedback to senior management.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders to secure repeat business and client loyalty.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, with a strong background in building automation, electrical systems, or related industries.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics to drive decision-making and performance tracking.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed challenging sales targets in a competitive environment.

Preferred

  • Familiarity with building automation products and technical solution selling.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, on-site sales environment with cross-functional teams.
