Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager-Sales located in Gurgaon. The Assistant Manager-Sales will be responsible for managing and driving sales strategies, meeting sales targets, building and maintaining client relationships, and providing excellent customer service. The role includes leading a sales team, conducting market research, developing sales materials, and executing sales campaigns. Daily tasks also involve analyzing sales data, preparing reports, and collaborating with other departments to optimize sales performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Sales Management and Client Relationship Management
• Strong knowledge of Sales Strategies, Market Research, and Data Analysis
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
• Proficiency in CRM software and Sales Analytics tools
• High level of adaptability and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the financial services or EdTech industry is a plus
