Report & Optimize

What You Bring:

✔ 6+ years of recruitment experience (staffing agency or HR consulting preferred)

✔ Leadership in managing both team & client relationships

✔ Expertise in bilingual hiring is a BIG plus!

✔ Proficiency in platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS tools

✔ Data-driven decision-making and strong stakeholder management
