Identifies current and future customer needs across all stores by engaging with store managers, staff, and customers to understand service requirements. Maintains and models a calm and solutions-oriented demeanor during challenging situations or high-pressure periods; supports store managers in maintaining operational excellence during such times. Fosters a culture of knowledge sharing by mentoring store managers to develop their coffee expertise and customer engagement skills. Ensures stores maintain a ‘customer first’ approach by training and supporting store managers to uphold exceptional customer service standards. Actively seeks feedback from customers, store teams, and other stakeholders to continuously improve operations and service quality.  Supervisory Responsibilities: Empowers store managers to take independent decisions within their locations, fostering a culture of ownership and accountability. Develops strategic and operational plans for the area, oversees execution, and measures outcomes to ensure alignment with company objectives. Reviews store performance and ensures alignment with organizational goals by conducting monthly business reviews and action planning. Resolves escalated issues, addresses inter-store conflicts, and ensures smooth collaboration between stores. Provides coaching, counseling, and guidance to store managers to enhance their leadership and operational effectiveness. Ensures all stores adhere to legal, financial, and operational compliance requirements, creating a consistent standard across locations. Operational & Financial Responsibilities: Achieves area-wide financial objectives by monitoring budgets, controlling expenditures, and identifying opportunities for revenue growth. Analyzes sales figures and market trends across all stores to forecast performance, set realistic targets, and maximize profits. Ensures efficient stock management across stores by working with store managers to optimize inventory levels and reduce waste. Monitors customer service quality and ensures health and safety standards are consistently met across all stores. Leads initiatives to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and increase productivity across locations. Makes informed decisions based on market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to position the area for success. Regularly visits stores to provide hands-on support, conduct audits, and ensure adherence to brand standards. Leadership & Team Development: Inspires and motivates store managers and their teams to achieve organizational goals and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Develops training programs and growth opportunities for store managers to build a pipeline of talent within the area. Facilitates regular area-wide meetings to communicate company updates, share best practices, and align teams on priorities. Establishes a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing among store managers to foster innovation and continuous improvement. Accountability: Responsible for driving area performance to meet and exceed organizational growth targets. Ensures customer satisfaction and loyalty by maintaining high service standards and addressing feedback promptly. Continuously evaluates and refines operational strategies to enhance efficiency and profitability across the area.
