As a Project Management Consultant in the Cultural Team at APICES Studio Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for overseeing the coordination and management of projects within the architectural and construction industry. With a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture and 10-12 years of relevant experience, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful planning, execution, and delivery of various projects. Your strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and ability to effectively organize and manage teams will be essential in this role. Your primary responsibilities will include developing comprehensive project plans that outline project scopes, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations to provide clarity and direction. You will set milestones and deadlines to track progress and ensure timely completion of project phases. Additionally, you will coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and internal teams, to align on project objectives and deliverables. Communication and coordination will be a key aspect of your role, as you will facilitate regular meetings with clients, vendors, and internal teams to discuss project updates and address concerns. Maintaining clear communication channels and resolving conflicts promptly to ensure project harmony will be crucial to the success of the projects you manage. Quality assurance and control will also be a priority, as you will be responsible for reviewing architectural drawings, implementing quality control measures, and ensuring regulatory compliance throughout the project lifecycle. Identifying potential risks, developing mitigation strategies, and continuously monitoring and adjusting plans to keep the project on track will be essential in managing project risks effectively. Furthermore, you will be required to maintain detailed records of project plans, communications, changes, and decisions, prepare progress reports to update stakeholders on project status, and archive project files for future reference and compliance purposes. This role may require travel as per project requirements.
