API Manual testing Job description Key Responsibilities: • Develop comprehensive and innovative test cases to thoroughly validate API functionality, performance, and security. • Execute test cases meticulously, focusing on edge cases, error conditions, and complex scenarios to uncover defects. • Document defects with precision, providing detailed descriptions and reproduction steps for efficient debugging by development teams. • Familiarity with REST principles, HTTP methods, status codes, and JSON/XML data formats. • Familiarity with database interaction and data validation. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and defect reports.
