AI/ML Engineer

Key Responsibilities

 Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML solutions with a focus on

Generative AI and agentic AI models.

 Manage and mentor a team of AI engineers, fostering a culture of innovation,

collaboration, and continuous learning.

 Develop and fine-tune ML models, including deep learning, NLP, reinforcement

learning, and agent-based systems.

 Work closely with clients to understand business needs, define AI strategies, and

deliver custom AI-driven solutions.

 Architect and implement scalable AI systems that integrate with enterprise

applications.

 Stay updated with state-of-the-art AI research, applying best practices to solve real-

world business problems.

 Drive participation in AI hackathons and industry challenges, fostering a team

culture of innovation and experimentation.

 Collaborate with product managers, software engineers, and data scientists to

ensure seamless deployment and monitoring of AI solutions.

 Present AI strategies and technical solutions to stakeholders, translating complex AI

concepts into business value.

 Ensure AI models are ethical, fair, and transparent, with proper governance in place.

Required Qualifications

 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development, with at least 2+ years in a leadership

role.

 Strong expertise in Generative AI (LLMs, diffusion models, transformers, etc.),

agentic AI, and ML algorithms.

 Proven track record of delivering AI solutions for clients, including hands-on

experience in deploying models into production.

 Experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, Hugging Face,

OpenAI APIs, and other ML libraries.

 Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or similar languages.

 Familiarity with cloud-based AI/ML platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps

practices.

 Experience leading AI hackathons or similar innovation-driven initiatives.

 Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into AI

solutions.

 Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain AI concepts

to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

 Experience working in agile development environments.

Pay: ₹468,726.69 - ₹1,729,919.70 per year
