AI/ML Engineer

Key Responsibilities

 Develop AI/ML models for use cases in clinical NLP, medical imaging, RAG-based knowledge systems, and enterprise automation.

 Fine-tune and customize LLMs (GPT-4, LLaMA, Gemini, Claude, Med-PaLM) for real-world

applications in healthcare and enterprise AI.

 Build intelligent workflows using LangChain, LlamaIndex, and vector databases like FAISS or Weaviate.

 Work with MLOps tools and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) to deploy AI models at scale.

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams across product, engineering, and clinical/enterprise domains.

 Keep up with evolving AI trends (multi-modal AI, prompt engineering, explainable AI) and

contribute to internal R&D.

Required Qualifications

 5–8 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML.

 Proficiency in Python and experience with frameworks such as Hugging Face Transformers, PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, or similar.

 Solid understanding of prompt engineering, LLM tuning, and knowledge graph-based AI

systems.

 Experience in deploying models on cloud infrastructure with MLOps pipelines.

 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a product mindset.

Preferred Skills

 Exposure to healthcare-specific AI or enterprise AI products.

 Experience with AutoML or low-code AI platforms.

 Knowledge of regulatory-aware development (HIPAA, GDPR, etc.) is a plus.

 Contributions to GitHub, research papers, or AI communities.

Pay: ₹470,055.70 - ₹1,802,377.71 per year
