Key Responsibilities:
Backend Development

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using Python (preferably Django or Flask).
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs for web and mobile platforms.
• Ensure optimal performance, security, and responsiveness of applications.

AI/ML Integration

• Contribute to the development and deployment of machine learning models.
• Build data pipelines and integrate ML models into real-world applications.
• Work on AI-powered solutions like recommendation systems, analytics dashboards, or intelligent bots.

Database & Cloud

• Work with relational and non-relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
• Exposure to cloud services like AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.
• Use Git for version control and understand deployment on Linux-based environments.

Collaboration & Documentation

• Work collaboratively with frontend developers, designers, and the product team.
• Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code.
• Participate in code reviews, discussions, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 0 to 1 year of experience in Python development.
• Proficiency in Django and/or Flask.
• Strong foundation in OOPs, REST APIs, and MVC architecture.
• Practical experience with AI/ML using scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Familiarity with version control (Git) and basic deployment.
• Solid problem-solving and communication skills.

Bonus Skills (Good to Have):

• Experience with FastAPI or Celery.
• Basic DevOps knowledge (CI/CD, Docker).
• Exposure to NLP, Computer Vision, or Data Analytics.
• Understanding of basic frontend technologies (HTML, JS) for API testing.
