AGM - Railway Signaling

About the Company:

Purpose of the Role:

Responsible for reporting and coordinating all signaling maintenance activities related to the CBTC (Communications-Based Train Control) system. The role involves ensuring system performance, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and supporting operational efficiency across all corridors.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and track signaling system performance, fault data, and maintenance trends.
2. Prepare and submit regular reports to management on system health, incident summaries, and KPI status.
3. Coordinate with OEMs, maintenance contractors, and internal teams for fault resolution and scheduled maintenance.
4. Validate and review maintenance records, logs, and technical documentation.
5. Ensure compliance with safety standards, operational procedures, and audit requirements.
6. Support planning and execution of system upgrades, modifications, and enhancements.
7. Assist in annual maintenance planning, spares availability tracking, and resource coordination.

Qualifications:

• B. Tech / M. Tech (Electronics & Communication) from recognized Institute
• 15 years of experience in Signaling (minimum 7+ years of experience in CBTC Signaling)

Functional Competencies:

• Knowledge of CBTC Signaling Systems (ATS, ATP/ATO, VOBC, Interlocking, Zone Controller, DCS)
• Skill in identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving Signaling system malfunctions.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance schedules and techniques to minimize downtime and ensure system reliability.
