Agile Project Manager

Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Agile Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams and drive the successful delivery of complex projects using Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, a deep understanding of Agile principles (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or similar), and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders, development teams, and leadership. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end project lifecycle using Agile/Scrum practices. Facilitate Agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals. Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain and prioritize product backlogs. Identify and remove project impediments to ensure smooth delivery. Monitor project progress, budget, timelines, and performance metrics. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, transparency, and high performance. Ensure stakeholder engagement and manage expectations across all levels. Utilize Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello). Coach team members on Agile best practices and guide teams toward Agile maturity. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field. 5+ years of project management experience in Agile environments. Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.). Hands-on experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence). Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience in stakeholder management and risk mitigation. Preferred Qualifications Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist, or equivalent certification. Background in software development or technical project delivery. Experience working in cross-functional, globally distributed teams. Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
