Accounts Manager

A Accounts & Finance Manager (Accounts’s /Finance Head) is responsible for overseeing the financial health of the company and ensuring efficient financial management. Here are the key job responsibilities: Financial Planning & Strategy: 1. Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop and monitor budgets, financial forecasts, and long-term financial plans. 2. Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights for decision-making. 3. Cost Control: Identify areas for cost reduction and operational efficiency. Accounting & Compliance: 4. Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements. 5. Taxation & Compliance: Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other regulatory requirements. 6. Audit Management: Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure smooth audits. Cash Flow & Fund Management: 7. Cash Flow Monitoring: Manage company cash flow to ensure liquidity and smooth operations. 8. Banking & Investments: Handle banking relationships, loans, and investment decisions. Vendor & Customer Financial Management: 9. Receivables & Payables: Oversee customer payments, supplier dues, and credit control. 10. Financial Negotiations: Negotiate better terms with vendors, banks, and financial institutions. Business Growth & Risk Management: 11. Investment & Expansion Planning: Assist in financial planning for business growth and expansion. 12. Risk Assessment: Identify financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate them. Team Leadership & Reporting: 13. Team Management: Lead the finance team and ensure smooth departmental functioning. 14. Management Reporting: Provide financial reports and strategic advice to the management.
