Key Role in the Organization

Accounts Management
- Maintain and oversee accurate financial records, including bookkeeping, reconciliations, and the preparation of periodic financial reports.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and managing expenses for all branches.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and maintain audit-ready financial documentation.
- Process invoices, manage payments, and handle financial communications with vendors and clients.
- Regularly update financial systems to ensure data accuracy and compliance with organizational standards.
Operations Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for financial communication across departments and branches to enhance efficiency.
- Manage client financial inquiries and ensure professional responsiveness.
- Support the scheduling and coordination of finance-related meetings, correspondence, and reporting for leadership.
- Provide actionable insights into financial performance during management meetings, aligning with operational goals.
- Guide and oversee team activities to ensure timely financial deliverables.
- Represent the organization as a Brand Ambassador, reflecting the company's professionalism and financial acumen.
Coordination Responsibilities
- Facilitate seamless financial coordination between headquarters and branch offices to maintain operational and financial consistency.
- Assist with financial processes for new branch setups or restructuring initiatives, both locally and internationally.
- Ensure efficient resource allocation and streamlined financial operations across branches.

- Accounting Expertise: Strong understanding of bookkeeping, reconciliations, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in financial tools such as Tally, QuickBooks, or similar platforms (preferred).
- Analytical Skills: Advanced Excel skills for data management and financial analysis.
- Presentation Skills: Proficiency in PowerPoint for creating impactful reports and presentations.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for interacting with stakeholders across all branches.
