Accountant/ Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with assigned clients, understanding their business goals, and addressing their needs. Sales Strategy & Execution: Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals. Sales Presentations & Negotiations: Conducting sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiating favorable contracts and agreements with clients. Client Support & Issue Resolution: Addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer service. Collaboration & Communication: Working with internal teams (marketing, product development, customer support) to ensure a seamless customer experience and support overall sales activities. Market Analysis & Reporting: Staying updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics, and preparing regular sales reports. Business Development: Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through various channels, including networking and prospecting. Skills Required: Sales & Negotiation Skills: Proven track record in sales, with the ability to build relationships, identify opportunities, and close deals. Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams. Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze client needs, identify solutions, and resolve issues effectively. Time Management & Organization: Ability to manage multiple client accounts, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Product Knowledge: Understanding of the company's products and services, and the ability to effectively communicate their value to clients.
