We are looking for a skilled and results-driven Account Manager with at least 4 years of experience to join our growing product-based company. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their success, and maximizing the value they receive from our products and services. This role requires someone with excellent communication, strategic thinking, and customer service skills, along with the ability to collaborate across teams to provide a seamless customer experience.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, concerns, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and implement account strategies to drive customer success, engagement, and growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, product, operations, and customer support) to align account strategies with overall business goals.
- Use data and customer insights to develop tailored solutions that enhance client satisfaction and drive business growth.
- Ensure smooth onboarding, product adoption, and ongoing support for clients to maximize product usage and value.
- Analyse account performance and key metrics (e.g., retention rates, product usage, customer satisfaction) to identify opportunities for improvement and upselling.
- Proactively manage client expectations, identifying potential issues before they arise and providing solutions.
- Maintain and optimize client communication strategies through emails, calls, and meetings, ensuring personalized and effective interactions.
- Monitor customer feedback and advocate for necessary improvements based on client needs and concerns.
- Provide regular reporting on account health, progress, and key performance indicators.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in account management or client-facing roles, preferably in a product-based or tech-driven company.
- Must have relevant experience of working in a SAAS based product.
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels of an organization.
- Proven track record of driving customer success, retention, and business growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions and create actionable insights.
- Ability to think strategically and develop customized solutions for clients.
- Detail-oriented with strong project management and organizational skills.
- Proven experience (3–5 years) in account management or project management, specifically within SaaS or technology-driven environments.
- Familiarity with Gen AI platforms, digital marketing, and lifecycle management.
- Experience in managing high-value or enterprise-level accounts is a plus.
- Certifications in account management, sales, or customer success tools are a bonus.
