Academy Counselor

As an Academic Counsellor, you will be the face of Infinity Learn, guiding students and parents in leveraging our products for optimal learning outcomes. This role involves being an individual contributor in a high-performance, employee-oriented environment, driving Infinity Learn's vision of unique and impactful education. Responsibilities Identifying and qualifying potential leads through various channels, such as prospecting databases, online research, and social media. Making sales presentations, demonstrating product/service benefits, and negotiating terms to close deals. Engaging with both new and existing customers, building rapport, and providing ongoing support. Tracking sales activities, reporting on results, and analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Working closely with marketing, product, and other teams to understand customer needs, product offerings, and sales strategies. Requirements Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including active listening and persuasive speaking. Sales Acumen: A strong understanding of sales principles, strategies, and techniques. Customer Service Skills: Ability to build rapport, understand customer needs, and provide excellent service. Technical Skills: Proficiency in using CRM software, email marketing tools, and other relevant technologies. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage a sales pipeline, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
