Position Overview

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented 3D Visualizer with a strong foundation in architectural and interior design visualization. The ideal candidate should have a creative mindset, excellent rendering skills and the ability to communicate design concepts visually with clarity and precision.

Key Responsibilities

1. 3D Visualization & Rendering

• Create high-quality 3D models and photo-realistic visualizations for a wide range of projects, including residential, corporate and commercial spaces.
• Apply advanced rendering techniques, lighting setups, textures and materials to accurately communicate design intent.
• Utilize tools such as 3DS Max/V-Ray/Lumion,/Enscape/D5 Render or equivalents for renders to develop compelling visual presentations.
• Collaborate closely with architects and clients to understand and bring design visions to life.

2. Project Development & Documentation

• Develop detailed 3D models from architectural plans, sketches and design concepts.
• Align visualizations with the overall design direction, incorporating furniture layouts, lighting, finishes and materials.
• Prepare presentation materials including still renders, walk through and animations for client reviews and approvals.
• Support the team in preparing detailed documentation and technical drawings based on visual representations.

3. Innovation & Continuous Learning

• Stay current with industry trends, tools and software in architectural visualization.
• Continuously explore new techniques to improve quality and efficiency in the visualization process.

Qualifications & Skills

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design or a related field.
• 1-3 years of professional experience in 3D visualization.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a range of architectural and interior 3D visualizations.

Software Proficiency

• Expertise in 3D modelling and rendering software: 3DS Max/V-Ray/Lumion/Enscape/D5 Render/SketchUp, Photoshop, AutoCAD.
• Familiarity with animation and walk through creation for design presentations.

Core Competencies

• Strong grasp of rendering techniques, material and lighting effects.
• Excellent visual storytelling and attention to detail.
• Good understanding of space planning, lighting design and architectural detailing.
• Ability to handle tight deadlines while maintaining output quality.
• Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with design teams and clients.
• Most importantly: A positive mindset, a collaborative spirit and love & passion for what you do.
