As our YouTube Manager , you'll lead the development, execution, and scaling of our YouTube strategy across multiple channels, ensuring content alignment with our broader Web3 vision. Role: YouTube Manager Location: Noida (WFO) What will you get to do? Manage and grow multiple YouTube channels aligned with brand and product goals Plan, upload, and optimize content for reach, engagement, and discoverability Analyze performance metrics and drive data-backed content strategies Coordinate with internal teams and creators for timely content delivery Stay updated with YouTube trends and Web3 community interests Profile Expectations: 4+ years of experience managing YouTube channels end-to-end Strong grasp of YouTube SEO, analytics, and content optimization Ability to lead content calendars and production workflows Proven success in scaling engagement and subscriber base Web3/blockchain knowledge is a strong plus Cultural Expectations: Thrive in decision-making in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment Exhibit exceptional integrity and reliability on promise delivery Collaborative and inclusive attitude Value outcome-driven thinking with resource optimization Understand our reality Hiring Process: 3–4 rounds of interviews with Function, HR & Senior Leaders Show more Show less
