Role: Senior WordPress Developer Location: Noida (WFO) About the Role: We’re looking for a Senior WordPress Developer who’s not just a coder, but a creative problem-solver with a strong sense of design and motion. You’ll be the go-to expert for building our web presence from the ground up — working directly with leadership and creative heads to deliver seamless, high-impact websites that align with our brand vision. This role wants you to own the entire WordPress workflow — from design handoff to deployment — and translate ideas into stunning, responsive digital experiences. Responsibilities: • Build, maintain, and elevate dynamic WordPress websites with a sharp eye for UI/UX and visual storytelling. • Convert designs and assets (Photoshop, Figma, etc.) into pixel-perfect, interactive websites. • Implement engaging animations and transitions using CSS, JavaScript, and GSAP (or similar). • Customize themes, develop lightweight plugins, and fine-tune performance across all devices and browsers. • Optimize for SEO, loading speed, and accessibility without compromising design integrity. • Work closely with business leaders to reflect brand narratives in web interfaces. Requirements: • 4+ years of hands-on experience in WordPress development with expertise in both front-end and back-end customization. • A design-first mindset — strong understanding of aesthetics, layout, typography, and user flow. • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and familiarity with GSAP or other animation libraries. • Strong command over tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma for asset handling and UI integration. • Solid grasp of SEO principles, performance optimization, and responsive design. • Experience with WooCommerce and WordPress Multisite is a bonus.
