Job Summary We are looking for a skilled and motivated Web Developer to design, code, and modify websites and web applications, from layout to function, according to client or company specifications. The ideal candidate should have strong programming skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for creating seamless user experiences. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain responsive, user-friendly websites and web applications. Write clean, scalable, and efficient HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and back-end code. Collaborate with designers, project managers, and other developers to define and implement innovative solutions. Integrate data from various back-end services and databases. Conduct website performance tests and troubleshoot issues. Stay up to date with emerging web technologies and industry trends. Ensure site and application compatibility across different platforms and browsers. Maintain documentation for code, processes, and development procedures. Required Skills and Qualifications Proven experience as a Web Developer or similar role. Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery. Familiarity with back-end languages like PHP, Python, Ruby, Java, or .NET. Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Drupal, or Joomla (as applicable). Knowledge of databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL. Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services. Version control experience (e.g., Git). Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team setting. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field. Experience with frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js. Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure). Understanding of SEO principles and accessibility standards. Knowledge of DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
