Job Summary : We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to produce high-quality visual content for digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio, excellent design skills, and the ability to understand project requirements and translate them into effective, on-brand designs. Key Responsibilities : Develop visually appealing graphics for social media posts, websites, advertisements, presentations, brochures, banners, and other marketing materials. Collaborate with content creators, marketers, and clients to understand design needs and objectives. Maintain brand consistency across all visuals and platforms. Revise designs based on feedback and ensure final deliverables meet quality standards. Prepare files for print and digital publishing. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and techniques. Required Skills and Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. 1–3+ years of professional experience in graphic design (freelance or agency experience accepted). Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign , and Canva . Knowledge of digital design formats, resolutions, and file types. Understanding of branding, color theory, typography, and layout principles. Excellent attention to detail and creative thinking. Basic knowledge of video editing or motion graphics is a plus (After Effects, Premiere Pro). Key Attributes : Creative, innovative, and self-motivated. Ability to take constructive feedback and adapt designs accordingly. Strong communication and time-management skills. Team player with the ability to work independently.
