Job Description

Role: Warehouse In-charge , Return to vendor Role Overview The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for return to vendor stocks handling , reworking , segrigation and maintaining proper records . Will be responsible to handle the Labour and productivity. Core Responsibilities RTV Process Management Track and verify all inbound RTV items. Coordinate diagnostics, segregation, disposition, and secure pick-up or disposal. Mother Ware house & H.O. Co-ordination Communicate on Day to Day activity , documentations , respond on mails/ Query raised. Data & Reporting Maintain RTV logs and provide weekly/monthly reports (RTV rate, processing time, vendor reason, costs ). Process & Cost Optimization Streamline RTV procedures, minimize processing time & costs, reduce storage & labor expenses. Team Supervision Assign and oversee RTV tasks (inspection, sorting, documentation). Train staff on reverse logistics SOPs, safety, and warehouse systems. Inventory Management & Compliance Ensure returned items are properly documented and inventory records updated, including cycle counts and physical audits. Education & Experience Bachelor's degree 2~4years in warehouse operations or reverse logistics; RTV exposure preferred Technical Skills Proficient in MS Office (Excel, reporting dashboards). Knowledge of RTV-related procedures, inspections, documentation, and vendor credits. Core Competencies Strong process optimisation and analytical mindset. Excellent vendor and stakeholder communication skills. Leadership experience, with the ability to coach teams and support cross-department collaboration. Proactive, results-driven, and cost-conscious. Local Person will be preferred. Location: Bawana
