Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the entire sales function of the company, driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company goals and market conditions.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team, setting clear targets and KPIs.
• Identify new market opportunities and build strong relationships with clients, brokers, and other stakeholders.
• Oversee client acquisition, negotiation, and deal closures, ensuring optimum profitability.
• Collaborate with marketing, project management, and finance teams to align sales initiatives with business objectives.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and provide detailed reports and forecasts to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with real estate laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
• Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and networking forums.
• Drive innovation in sales processes and utilize CRM tools for efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field. MBA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of senior sales leadership experience in the real estate sector.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
• Strong knowledge of real estate market dynamics, pricing strategies, and customer behavior.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
• Proficient in CRM software, MS Office, and sales analytics tools.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and customer focus.
• Experience working in Noida/NCR real estate market is an advantage.
