Job Summary:

Contour Buildcon Pvt. Ltd., a leading real estate development firm in Noida, is seeking enthusiastic and target-driven Sales Agents with a minimum of 6 months of real estate sales experience. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling client interactions, site visits, and deal closures independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively source and convert real estate leads into potential buyers.
• Conduct property presentations and site visits with clients.
• Maintain follow-up with prospective clients through calls and meetings.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable property options.
• Negotiate and close deals efficiently with the support of the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in real estate sales (Mandatory).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and result-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Familiarity with Noida real estate market is a plus.
• Own vehicle preferred (for site visits).
