We’re hiring a Vice President – Business Development to lead strategic partnerships with educational institutions across India and beyond. 📍 Location: Remote (occasional travel) 💼 CTC: ₹15 - 25 LPA 📅 Experience: Minimum 10 years 🌏 Impact: National & International Outreach 🔗 Apply Now: piyush@readfirst.in Success in this role means: Expanding our footprint across leading schools, colleges, and universities Building long-term collaborations and MoUs Representing ReadFirst at high-impact events and forums Driving sustainable revenue growth and institutional impact This leadership position is central to scaling our vision of building a culture of research-led learning in education. 📌 Responsibilities Identify, initiate, and develop partnerships with K-12 schools, colleges, and universities Present and pitch ReadFirst’s offerings to institutional leadership and decision-makers Lead the entire B2B engagement cycle – from outreach to contract closure Develop and execute a strategic business development roadmap Represent the organisation at national and international conferences, summits, and educational events Work cross-functionally with the content, training, and leadership teams to customise solutions Maintain relationships with key stakeholders and nurture long-term collaborations Track performance metrics, report progress, and continuously improve partner engagement strategies 🎓 Qualifications Minimum 10 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales in EdTech, education services, or consulting Strong interpersonal and presentation skills , with a proven record of pitching to senior leadership Experience working with educational institutions is highly preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (multilingual is a bonus) Self-driven, with a strategic mindset and entrepreneurial attitude Bachelor’s degree required; a Master’s in Business, Education, or related field is a plus Willingness to travel occasionally , both within India and internationally Comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision Show more Show less
