Required Experience 2 - 4 Years Skills UX, UX Designer UX Designer We are looking for a UX Designer to contribute to the design of digital products and services that deliver exceptional user experiences. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to conduct user research, create design solutions, and support product development efforts. This role offers the opportunity to enhance usability, accessibility, and innovation in our products. Responsibilities: User Research: Assist in planning and conducting user research activities such as surveys, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs and behaviors. Information Architecture: Contribute to the development of information architecture, user flows, and navigation systems to support intuitive user experiences. Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design ideas and concepts. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with product managers and other stakeholders to gather insights and align on project goals and user needs. Requirement Gathering: Participate in requirement gathering sessions with cross-functional teams to understand project objectives and user requirements. UI Design: Design user-friendly and visually consistent interfaces that align with brand and design guidelines. Documentation: Support the preparation of design documentation, including user flows, design specifications, and assets for handoff. Learning & Development: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design and actively contribute ideas to improve team processes and outputs. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Product Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. 2–4 years of professional experience in UX/UI design with a portfolio showcasing user-centred design work. Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. Basic understanding of stakeholder communication and collaboration techniques. Strong visual and interaction design skills. Good communication and teamwork skills. Detail-oriented with a passion for solving real user problems through design.
