Responsibilities Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences. Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces. Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions. Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features. Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs. Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders. Ask smart questions, take risks and champion new ideas. Requirements Four or more years of UX design experience. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience designing complex solutions for complete digital environments. Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a QE Automation Lead located in Hyderabad. The QE Automation Lead will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining robust automation frameworks (lead + IC role), mentoring junior engineers, and ensuring high-quality software releases through automated testing best practices. Considering the size of the team, this role will also required individual contribution to tasks apart from being a mentor/lead. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable UI/API automation frameworks using Playwright (TypeScript/JavaScript or Python). Collaborate with product owners, developers, DevOps, and other stakeholders to define test strategies and acceptance criteria. Create and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and regression suites. Drive the automation roadmap and strategy across projects, focusing on continuous improvement. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to quality and automation standards. Set up and manage CI/CD integration for automated test execution and reporting. Analyze test results, identify root causes of issues, and work with the development team to drive resolution. Coach and mentor junior QE engineers, sharing best practices and promoting a culture of quality and automation. •Provide technical leadership in identifying and implementing tools and processes for automation, performance testing, and quality assurance. Key requirements 5+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, with at least 1.5 years in a lead role. Strong hands-on experience with Playwright for automation (TypeScript/JavaScript or Python).
