Overview

UX Designer


About Client:

growth marketing and conversion optimization

  • Develops data-driven

    paid media campaigns

    , including Google Ads, Bing, and social media platforms
  • Designs and optimizes high-converting

    landing pages

    , combining creative elements with rigorous A/B testing to improve performance
  • Uses

    conversion rate optimization (CRO)

    and granular tracking to measure—down to individual campaigns and ads—each conversion event
  • Offers

    creative asset production

    via their in-house studio—photos, videos, motion graphics—to boost ad performance 

Key Responsibilities:

  • User Research & Insights:

    Conduct user research (surveys, interviews, usability tests) to gather insights into user needs, behaviors, and pain points. Analyze both qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions for AI product features.
  • Interaction Design:

     Focus on making complex user interactions easy to understand and intuitive. Create clear pathways for users to interact with the system and create a seamless journey for them
  • UI/UX Design:

    Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that meet the needs of the product users. Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across the product suite.
  • Collaboration & Communication:

    Work closely with product managers, engineers, and wider specialists to ensure a cohesive user experience. Present design concepts to stakeholders, gather feedback, and iterate based on wider input.
  • Usability Testing:

    Conduct regular usability tests to identify pain points and refine the user experience. Work to continuously improve the design based on user feedback and the evolving product capabilities.
  • Problem Solving:

    Utilize design thinking and a deep understanding of user needs to solve complex problems related to their interactions, including user onboarding and adaptive interfaces based on data.
  • Iterative Design Process:

    Actively participate in agile sprints and ensure that designs are delivered on time and meet the evolving business objectives.


Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a UX Designer, with time spent building out and improving complex B2B SaaS / Enterprise Tech solutions that are already in-flight
  • Prior experience in using user research to drive critical product changes, with demonstrated impact on user adoption
  • Strong portfolio showcasing experience in design with a UX spike and passion for this area
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically about user experience, then execute effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills to represent and advocate for design decisions with a range of stakeholders and sponsors.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams and agile environments, adding value across the team journey.
