Job Title: UI/UX Designer (6-Month Contract) Experience: 4–5 years Location: Hybrid/Remote Duration: 6 months About the Role: We are looking for a skilled and insightful UI/UX Designer with 4–5 years of experience to collaborate on two website projects and product demo dashboards. The ideal candidate will bring a strong sense of visual hierarchy, data storytelling, and interaction design. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive, intuitive, and data-smart user experiences across websites, dashboards, and Power BI visualisations. Responsibilities: Lead UI/UX design for two company websites, ensuring consistency, usability, and modern aesthetics Audit and improve the UI/UX of product demo dashboards, ensuring information is intuitive, accessible, and clearly represented Provide expert guidance on data representation (e.g., when to use bar vs pie charts, etc.) Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to refine dashboard flows and interactions Apply UI/UX best practices across Power BI dashboards and data visualisations Create and iterate on wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and UI specs Conduct design reviews and provide feedback on web and dashboard implementations Ensure all touchpoints align with our brand and user needs Requirements: 4–5 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably with B2B or SaaS products Strong portfolio showcasing web design and dashboard/data visualisation projects Solid understanding of data visualisation principles and user-centred design Experience designing for Power BI or similar BI tools Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar Ability to balance business goals, technical feasibility, and user needs Strong communication and presentation skills Nice to Have: Experience working with cross-functional agile teams Familiarity with frontend frameworks (HTML/CSS basics or component libraries) Experience with healthtech or data-driven platforms To Apply: Please share your portfolio along with your resume at priya.jaladi@hexplora.com .
