User Experience Designer

You will be joining KamalDhari Infotech, a company dedicated to providing exceptional digital experiences to clients. As a User Experience Designer, you will work alongside a dynamic design team, contributing to innovative projects in a collaborative and creative environment. Your key responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to create and deliver innovative user experiences across web and mobile platforms. This will involve conducting user research through various methods, such as surveys, interviews, and usability testing, to understand user behavior and preferences. You will be responsible for designing wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs that effectively communicate design concepts. Additionally, you will develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency in UI elements, typography, and visual design across products. Your role will also involve participating in brainstorming sessions, design reviews, and providing constructive feedback to peers. You will analyze competitor products and industry trends to offer valuable insights for continuous design improvements and advocate for user experience, ensuring designs align with both business goals and user needs. Collaboration with developers will be crucial to guarantee seamless implementation of designs. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field and have 2 to 5 years of experience in UX design, supported by a strong portfolio. Proficiency in design tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar is required, along with experience in wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design. An understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies is essential, and knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is advantageous. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities to present ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders are also necessary. Experience working in Agile environments is preferred. Additionally, preferred skills for this role include knowledge of user research methods and the ability to transform data into actionable design solutions, experience in designing for multiple platforms, a solid grasp of responsive design and mobile-first principles, and a basic understanding of accessibility standards and guidelines.
