User Experience Designer

As a UI/UX Designer at Techies Infotech in Mohali, Punjab, you will play a crucial role in creating intuitive and visually appealing user experiences for web and mobile platforms. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to develop innovative design solutions, conducting user research and usability testing, creating wireframes and user flows, designing high-fidelity UI mockups, and ensuring responsive and accessible designs aligned with modern UX/UI standards. You will also be responsible for maintaining design systems, UI kits, and component libraries, continuously improving designs based on feedback and performance data, and staying updated with the latest UI/UX trends and technologies. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field, along with at least 3 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision is required, as well as a strong understanding of responsive design principles and experience with user research and data-driven design. Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills are essential, as well as a solid portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects and design processes. Experience with mobile app design, design handoff tools, accessibility standards, and motion design or animation is a plus.
