Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage & Fulfil end-to-end US-based IT/Functional IT requirements for Full-time and contract hires.
  • Experience in Bulk-hiring for US geography , candidate should have good knowledge on Visas, Tax Terms, recruitment cycle, technologies.
  • Extensive experience in “self-sourcing” using Job Portals and social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, GitHub, etc.)
  • Analyze resumes to identify the right skills, spot missing qualifications, and assess if candidates are suitable for the job.
  • Extremely good with Boolean searches and should have prior experience working on Job portals like Dice / Monster.
  • Very good in managing escalations, data-driven individual.
  • Good at reactive & proactive recruitment.
  • Track-record of Quality over Quantity.
  • Exceptionally good at negotiations and selling the organization to the candidates.
  • Experience in building a promising pipeline of Employee Referrals and further translating these referrals into “hiring numbers”.
  • Experience working on ATS like Ceipal.
  • Extremely confident while communicating with the internal stakeholders and external candidates.
  • Passionate about recruitment and willing to go the extra mile to close the positions.
  • Individuals who love candidate engagement to the core and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for each hire.
  • Good listening skills and ability to articulate their thought process through emails, telephonic conversations, etc.
  • Build a strong pipeline of IT candidates through networking and innovative sourcing strategies.
  • Conduct interviews to assess candidates’ technical skills and cultural fit.
  • Stay updated on US IT industry trends, technologies, and market demands.


Good to Have:

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Certifications like AIRS Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR), LinkedIn Certified.
