Role Summary:

We're building an elite team of Senior US IT Recruiters. If you have 6+ years of proven success in closing roles for US clients, know your way around H1B/W2/C2C, and thrive under pressure, this is for you. Own the end-to-end recruitment cycle, work directly with clients, and mentor junior recruiters.

You Bring:

• 6+ years of full-cycle US IT recruitment experience
• Deep knowledge of US visas & tax terms (H1B, OPT, W2, C2C, etc.)
• Expertise in sourcing (Boolean, LinkedIn, Dice, etc.)
• Ceipal or similar ATS experience
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
