🕒 Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST

🧠 Experience: 3 to 6+ Years in US IT Staffing

📅 Working Days: Monday to Friday (Weekends Off)

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

Lead the full recruitment life cycle for IT roles across contract and permanent positions

Manage leadership and niche product hiring

Collaborate with hiring managers and delivery leads to align talent strategy

Actively source, screen, evaluate, and engage with top-tier candidates

Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified talent

Manage offer negotiations and ensure seamless onboarding

💼 What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 3+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment (Contract & Full-Time)

Strong understanding of US job market, tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), and recruitment cycles

Proven success in headhunting, leadership hiring, and hard-to-fill roles

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Results-driven, self-motivated, and team-oriented
