The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in recruiting IT professionals for the US market. We are looking for immediate joiners only. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills Strong MS Office Skills (Excel & Documentation) Experience: 2 to 5 Years Work Location: Chennai Shift & Timing: Night Shift & 7:30 PM to 4.30 AM IST. Preference: Immediate joiners only Responsibilities: Source, screen, and qualify candidates for IT roles across multiple domains Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and offer negotiations. Utilize LinkedIn and other professional networks to identify and connect with qualified candidates. Conduct initial screenings to evaluate skills, experience, and alignment with job requirements. Maintain continual dialogue with candidates in the pipeline, keeping them updated on the hiring process. Thorough understanding and hands-on experience with various US work visas such as H1B, L1, B1, and related immigration processes. Sound knowledge of employment types: W2, 1099, C2C. Negotiate rates and terms of employment (W2 hourly/salary, 1099, C2C). Hands-on experience working with MSA (Master Service Agreements), Purchase Orders (POs) and vendor management Work closely with internal Stakeholders and Internal Managers across teams to ensure alignment in the recruitment process. Build and maintain a network of potential candidates and industry contacts. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
