Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities

Financial Data Management

• Manage and maintain financial records within the Unanet ERP system.
• Ensure accurate recording of financial transactions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and payroll.
• Perform regular reconciliations of financial data to ensure accuracy and integrity.

Financial Analysis

• Analyze financial data and prepare reports for management review.
• Identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Provide insights and recommendations to optimize financial performance.

Compliance and Audit Support

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Support internal and external audits by providing accurate financial records and documentation.

Process Improvement

• Identify inefficiencies in financial processes and recommend solutions for improvement.
• Streamline accounting procedures to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and productivity.

Collaboration

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, operations, and IT to support business objectives.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to address financial inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 6+ Years of Experience into Accounting and 1+ Years of Experience into Unanet ERP (End -to-End)
• Proven experience as an Accounting Specialist or similar role.
• Proficiency in using Unanet ERP software is essential.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
