Job Title: Senior UI/UX Developer Experience: 7+ Years Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled Senior UI/UX Developer with over 7 years of experience in designing and developing user-centric interfaces for web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of user experience principles, front-end technologies, and design systems. This role involves working closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into intuitive and elegant digital experiences. Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end design and development of web and mobile user interfaces. Conduct user research, create user personas, and map user journeys to improve usability. Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into high-quality code. Develop prototypes and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. Implement responsive designs using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like React.js, Angular, or Vue.js. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of UI/UX with backend services. Maintain and evolve the design system, UI component libraries, and visual brand guidelines. Perform usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback and data analytics. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UI/UX design. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Computer Science, HCI, or related field. 7+ years of experience in UI/UX development and design. Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue. Expert in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, and Photoshop. Solid understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG), usability heuristics, and responsive design principles. Experience working with RESTful APIs and integrating front-end applications with backend services. Familiarity with version control tools like Git and agile methodologies. Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design thinking and front-end development skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with motion design, micro-interactions, or animation libraries (e.g., Framer Motion, Lottie). Knowledge of mobile-first and cross-browser development. Experience in enterprise-level applications or SaaS platforms. Familiarity with user analytics tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, or Mixpanel.
