Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- A strong portfolio showcasing a range of UI/UX design projects with demonstrable impact on user engagement and usability.
- Proficiency with industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices in responsive design.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote work environment.
- Experience in conducting user research and translating complex user feedback into innovative design solutions.
Preferred
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development to bridge design and technical implementation.
- Experience with motion design or animation to enhance user interactions and engagement.
