• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers and developers to understand requirements and translate them into effective design solutions.
• Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Design and prototype interactive, visually engaging activities such as drag-and-drop games and touch-based tools.
• Apply component-based design thinking to maintain consistency across products and facilitate seamless developer collaboration.
• Create responsive designs that adapt well across devices including desktop, tablet, and mobile.
• Ensure UI designs align with modern web constraints and accessibility best practices (e.g., WCAG).
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterative feedback cycles to improve UX quality.
• Maintain and evolve design systems, UI libraries, and visual guidelines.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, AI-powered tools, and technologies to enhance design workflows.
• Collaborate closely with frontend developers to ensure accurate and consistent implementation of designs.
• Use AI-powered design tools (e.g., Uizard, Galileo, Genius UI, Figma AI plugins, Magician) to co-create wireframes, screen variations, and design concepts efficiently.
  

• Strong foundation in UI/UX principles, visual hierarchy, color theory, and typography.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, etc.
• Ability to clearly document and communicate design decisions to stakeholders and team members.
• Experience working in Agile development environments and tools like Jira, Notion, or Trello.
• Understanding of user-centric design, accessibility, and interaction design.
• Ability to create intuitive, easy-to-use, and visually appealing user interfaces.
  

• Experience designing for children’s products or gamified user experiences.
• Familiarity with motion design tools such as After Effects or Lottie.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or basic knowladge of component design in frontend frameworks and how design translates to code.
• Exposure to behavioral design and psychology-informed UX.
• Ability to participate in or create user documentation and onboarding flows.
