Role Overview

We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Associate UI/UX Designer to join our design team. You’ll collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to bring intuitive user experiences to life. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who is eager to learn, grow, and make a real design impact.

What You'll Do

Assist in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile products
Brainstorming with team on the ideas which would make huge impact
Support UX research activities such as usability testing, user interviews, and competitor benchmarking
Understanding and Translating product requirements into functional and great UI
Collaborate with developers to ensure design implementation meets quality standards
Participate in feedback loops and iterate quickly based on feedback from users and stakeholders

What We're Looking For

0 to 2 years of experience in UI/UX design (internships, freelance, or personal projects count!)
Proficiency in Figma
A strong portfolio showcasing your design process and finished UI work (required)
Basic understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and design systems
Eagerness to learn and improve continuously
Good communication and collaboration skills

Nice-to-Haves

Familiarity with tools like Framer, Webflow
Experience working with startups or building 0 - 1 products
