Role Overview
We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Associate UI/UX Designer to join our design team. You’ll collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to bring intuitive user experiences to life. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who is eager to learn, grow, and make a real design impact.
What You'll Do
- Assist in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile products
- Brainstorming with team on the ideas which would make huge impact
- Support UX research activities such as usability testing, user interviews, and competitor benchmarking
- Understanding and Translating product requirements into functional and great UI
- Collaborate with developers to ensure design implementation meets quality standards
- Participate in feedback loops and iterate quickly based on feedback from users and stakeholders
What We're Looking For
- 0 to 2 years of experience in UI/UX design (internships, freelance, or personal projects count!)
- Proficiency in Figma
- A strong portfolio showcasing your design process and finished UI work (required)
- Basic understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and design systems
- Eagerness to learn and improve continuously
- Good communication and collaboration skills
Nice-to-Haves
- Familiarity with tools like Framer, Webflow
- Experience working with startups or building 0 - 1 products
