Technical Skills:

  • Tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, Sketch, InVision
  • Web Skills: HTML/HTML5, CSS, WordPress UI customization
  • Wireframing, prototyping, and responsive design
  • Design Systems, Branding & Visual Consistency
  • Familiarity with JIRA / ClickUp or other project management tools

Non-Technical Skills:

  • Strong communication & presentation abilities
  • Attention to detail and user-centric design thinking
  • Cross-team collaboration with developers, marketers & PMs

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design intuitive and responsive web/mobile user interfaces
  • Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
  • Design engaging visual assets including banners, social creatives, icons, and marketing collaterals
  • Work hands-on with front-end styling using HTML/CSS
  • Customize WordPress UI/UX and support CMS design needs
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align visuals with brand goals
  • Ensure design consistency across platforms and user journeys
  • Conduct user testing and optimize based on real feedback
  • Maintain brand guidelines and design libraries
