Assistant Brand Manager Marketing

Job Description

Responsibilities: ● To develop strategic as well as tactical brand assets and running seamless marketing communications operations to build mPokket as the most loved brand in the financial services space. ● Develop a deep consumer understanding through Qual/Quant research and champion customer's cause internally. ● Develop and grow all brand assets and content across all touchpoints: Advertising, Social, Web and App, On-Ground. ● Assisting and eventually growing to lead creative development process end to end with multiple agency partners and in-house design/content team. ● Developing tools, kits, content and collateral to create Customer Delight at every touch point in the consumer journey. ● Working closely with X-functional teams to ensure the tone of the brand is not compromised at any level. ● Conceptualizing Creative, Media and PR innovations to make mPokket a lovable and path breaking brand. Requirements: ● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. ● Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management or marketing, preferably within the fintech, BFSI, or NBFC industry ● Strong data analysis skills: Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools and Excel. Ability to interpret data, draw insights, and generate reports ● Deep understanding of the Gen Z audience: Knowledge of their online and offline behaviour, preferences, communication styles, and career aspirations ● Excellent written and verbal communication skills ● Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices ● Passion for building brands and connecting with consumers and potential employees ● Understanding of employer branding principles and best practices Show more Show less
