Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and organized Training Coordinator to manage and execute all Learning & Development initiatives across On2Cook and InventIndia. The role involves identifying training needs, planning, coordinating, and implementing cross-functional training programs to enhance skills and drive organizational growth across both companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) across all departments through surveys, interviews, and performance reviews.
  • Coordinate closely with Department Heads to link training needs and outcomes to individual and departmental KRAs.
  • Plan, design, schedule, and track monthly training sessions, inductions, and cross-functional training calendars.
  • Maintain a repository of internal and external trainers (generalists and specialists) across various domains.
  • Organize and oversee technical and non-technical training sessions for:
  • Kitchen Staff, Chefs, Pre-Sales, Sales, and Customer Service Teams
  • Technical Teams: Engineers, Designers, Assembly, Production, Supply Chain
  • Corporate Functions: Accounts, Finance, and HR
  • Implement and maintain a Learning Management System (LMS), CRM, or AI-based platform for managing training activities.
  • Integrate the latest tools, technologies, and trends in L&D, including e-learning and virtual training solutions.
  • Monitor training attendance, maintain records, gather feedback, and evaluate training effectiveness.
  • Set up and manage a system of recognition and rewards for learning achievements.
  • Efficiently manage the training budget, trainer fees, and logistics.
  • Support new hire onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration into the organization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Min Experience - 3 years in the similar positions
  • Proven experience in coordinating and managing training programs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Preferred:

  • Degree or specialization in Human Resources Management or L&D.
  • Experience with e-learning platforms, digital training tools, and AI-driven learning solutions.
