🔍 Role Overview:

As the Training and Onboarding Manager, you’ll lead the strategy, design, and execution of training initiatives and onboarding experiences across functions. You’ll be responsible for building programs that empower employees, enhance performance, and support our culture of continuous learning.


🎯 Key Responsibilities:

1. Training Program Development

  • Design and implement effective, role-specific training programs
  • Update training content based on feedback and evolving business needs
  • Align learning initiatives with organizational goals

2. Onboarding Excellence

  • Drive seamless onboarding experiences for new hires across departments
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth transitions and engagement from day one
  • Provide resources and support to set up new employees for success

3. Evaluation & Continuous Improvement

  • Measure training effectiveness using feedback and performance data
  • Identify skill gaps and suggest targeted learning interventions
  • Continuously refine learning experiences for better impact and efficiency

4. Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Partner with HR, team leads, and department heads to assess and fulfill training needs
  • Support managers with function-specific onboarding content
  • Ensure consistent, supportive communication throughout the employee lifecycle

5. Compliance & Documentation

  • Maintain detailed training records and onboarding checklists
  • Ensure all programs comply with internal policies and legal standards

✅ What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's/Master’s in HR, Education, or a related field
  • 5+ years’ experience in training/onboarding in fast-paced environments
  • Proficiency with LMS platforms, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Zoom
  • Familiarity with tools like Asana, Trello for managing learning projects
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, and instructional design skills
  • Certification in training or instructional design (ATD, CPTM) is a plus
  • Experience with ADDIE, Bloom’s Taxonomy, or other adult learning models
  • Ability to engage with stakeholders from entry-level to leadership
